Is the song "The noose" by a perfect circle about the devil?

I was listening to this song and I like it and the beat is catchy but
my sister thinks its about the devil and I am christian and totally
against listening to any kind of devil worshiping anything anyway I
wanted to know if it was cause if so I don't want to listen to it any
more. I just want to know the answer please do not judge me because of
